Andrea Piotrowski, LCSW-S, RPTS has a decade of counseling experience.  After serving in the U.S. Air Force, she got her start in 2003 at an Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy program. Andrea worked as a Therapuetic Riding instructor for 6 years while pursing her education.  She obtained her BA in Psychology in 2005 and Masters in Social Work in 2008 from UTSA.  Andrea has worked with adults, children, and families in the San Antonio area since 2009.  She became a Registered Play Therapist in 2015.  Andrea uses expressive therapies (art, play, and sand tray) with children and adults too.  Additionally her therapuetic modalities include CBT, DBT, mindfulness, strengths based/solution focused, Gestalt/experiential and family systems theories.

Gloria Mendez, LPC-S specializes in children, adolescents, families and couples with a variety of treatment needs.  She has a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a MS in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.  She has 20 years of experience working with these populations in various environments ranging from community mental health to private practice.  This experience has allowed her to create personal treatment modalities that have a combination of curriculum-based methods and field experience.  Not only does she implement traditional treatment methods such as CBT, solution-focused and other post-modern approaches, she includes holistic approaches guided by the needs of each client.
